Every YupooJet lifetime license includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Submit the request through our Support page using the email address associated with the purchase.
Eligibility
Refund requests must include enough information to identify the transaction. We may ask for a brief description of the issue so we can improve the product. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
After 7 days
Purchases are generally non-refundable after the guarantee period, except where required by law or when we determine that a verified technical problem makes the product materially unusable and cannot be resolved.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing and settlement times depend on Paddle, the payment method and the customer’s financial institution. Access to the lifetime license may be deactivated after a full refund.

Please contact Support before opening a payment dispute so we can review and resolve the request promptly.
