These terms explain the permitted use of YupooJet and the responsibilities attached to your lifetime license.

By creating an account, purchasing a license or using YupooJet, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
YupooJet provides a browser extension that helps users download and organize images from supported webpages. YupooJet is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Yupoo or the owners of third-party websites.
3. License
A successful one-time purchase grants one registered customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license. You may not resell, sublicense, share, reverse engineer or distribute the extension or access credentials.
4. Authorized use
You may download only content that you own or are legally authorized to access, copy and use. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, contractual and website rules. YupooJet must not be used to bypass access controls, disrupt services, scrape private content or infringe third-party rights.
5. Availability
Third-party websites may change their structure, availability or access rules without notice. We work to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every page, album or image. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when required for security, legal compliance or technical maintenance.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly through the Support page if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before checkout. Eligible purchases may be refunded under our 7-day Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YupooJet is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, third-party website changes or misuse of downloaded content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be published on this page. Questions may be submitted through our Support page.
